Come laugh unconditionally, learn more about the healing power of laughter and laughter yoga!
I will be teaching a 5 –week class at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA, Wed April 4th – Wed May 2nd, 6:30 – 7:30 pm/ $45 for the series. The format will be lecture and interactive discussion for the first ½ hour and laughter yoga for the 2nd ½ hour. (Please know that this course does not certify you to become a laughter leader. It is only informational and experiential.)

One of the earlier feminist lesbian authors from Britain is speaking tonight for free at the library.

Phinney Laughter club meets next Tues, March 13 (and every month on the 2nd Tues) in The Blue Room, downstairs at Phinney Neighborhood Center (upper bldg). We start at 7:00 p.m. and go for about one hour. The cost is $5. Bring water – this is a laughter workout!
