Earlier today I wrote about the importance of taking care of ourselves, including eating healthily. Luckily, we have a wonderful vegetarian festival happening right here in Seattle this weekend. This is a great opportunity to explore different tastes and textures for a relatively low price. Have fun!

This event looks like a lot of fun, especially if it's going to be a nice weekend.
